Assembly Minority Leader Brian Kolb Speaks At 4201 Schools Association Rally In Albany

Assembly Minority Leader Brian M. Kolb (R,I,C-Canandaigua) is pictured (right, at podium) speaking at the 4201 Schools Association of New York State rally held in the Well of the Legislative Office Building in Albany on Thursday morning. 4201 Schools are state-supported schools that educate New York children with low-incidence disabilities. During his remarks, Leader Kolb said 4201 schools do incredibly important work in providing a first-class education to students with specialized needs.
