Assembly Speaker Sheldon Silver today sent a letter to Governor Paterson to reiterate that the conditions the Speaker outlined on Friday regarding the selection of an operator for Aqueduct VLTs are not negotiable.

The letter also notes that the Governor had called Speaker Silver to "personally and strongly recommend the selection of Aqueduct Entertainment Group" for the VLT franchise at Aqueduct.
