Authorizes the town of Greenburgh to adopt a local law to impose a 3 percent
hotel/motel occupancy tax; authorizes villages in the towns of Greenburgh and
the village of Sleepy Hollow in Mount Pleasant to adopt a local law to impose a
3 percent hotel/motel occupancy tax; provides that one-sixth of such amounts
collected shall be used for the purpose of promoting economic development and
tourism.
