Authorizes cities, towns and villages to establish mixed-use age-integrated
communities by permitting the development of sites to combine residential
units, commercial space and/or services for a multi-age population; 30% of such
residential units shall be for persons 60 years of age or older, and at least
10% thereof shall be affordable by persons at 60% or less of the area median
income; authorizes, cities, town and villages to grant incentives for the
construction of such communities; grants a real property tax exemption for such
housing.
