Provides that the owner of 3 or more trucks used exclusively for business
purposes shall be permitted to stagger registration renewal dates by filing a
written request with the department; provides that the department shall follow
the recommendations of the owner of such trucks and where practicable, allow
for the staggered renewal dates.
