SUMMARY OF PROVISIONS:

applicant's licensure to their constituents.

within thirty days upon receipt of a completed application for an
adult-use retail dispensary license or an adult-use on-site consumption
license to members of the state assembly and senate who represent the
district where the proposed dispensary or on-site consumption establish-
ment is located, providing state lawmakers with the same ability to
provide updates on developments on the applicant's licensure to their
constituents.
