        AN  ACT  to  amend  the  public health law, in relation to funding early
          intervention services
 
          The People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and  Assem-
        bly, do enact as follows:

     1    Section  1.  Paragraph  (g)  of subdivision 6 of section 2807-s of the
     2  public health law, as added by chapter 820  of  the  laws  of  2021,  is
     3  amended to read as follows:
     4    (g)  A  further  gross  statewide amount for the state fiscal year two
     5  thousand twenty-two and each state fiscal year thereafter shall be forty
     6  million dollars; provided, however, for the state fiscal year two  thou-
     7  sand twenty-three, such gross statewide amount shall be increased eleven
     8  percent.
     9    §  2.  This act shall take effect immediately; provided, however, that
    10  the amendments to section 2807-s  of  the  public  health  law  made  by
    11  section  one of this act shall not affect the expiration of such section
    12  and shall be deemed to expire therewith.
