        AN ACT to repeal certain provisions of the general municipal law  relat-

          ing  to  urban  renewal  agencies; to repeal certain provisions of the
          general municipal law relating to industrial development agencies;  to
          repeal  certain  provisions  of the public authorities law relating to
          certain authorities; to transfer  any  books,  records  and  remaining
          rights  of any dissolved authority to an identifiable location; and to
          amend the general municipal law, in relation  to  the  termination  of
          industrial development agencies
 
          The  People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and Assem-
        bly, do enact as follows:
 
     1    Section 1. Title 2 of article 15-B of the  general  municipal  law  is
     2  REPEALED.
     3    §  2.  Notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary, any
     4  existing records, property, rights, titles and interest of  the  Sloats-

     5  burg  urban renewal agency shall vest in and be possessed by the village
     6  of Sloatsburg and its successors or assigns.
     7    § 3. Title 6 of article 15-B of the general municipal law, as  amended
     8  by chapter 209 of the laws of 1976, is REPEALED.
     9    §  4.  Notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary, any
    10  existing records, property, rights, titles and interest  of  the  Beacon
    11  community  development agency shall vest in and be possessed by the city
    12  of Beacon and its successors or assigns.
    13    § 5. Title 7 of article 15-B of the general municipal law, as added by
    14  chapter 80 of the laws of 1964, is REPEALED.
    15    § 6. Notwithstanding any other provision of law to the  contrary,  any
    16  existing  records,  property, rights, titles and interest of the Norwich
    17  urban renewal agency shall vest in and  be  possessed  by  the  city  of

    18  Norwich and its successors or assigns.

     2  chapter 266 of the laws of 1964, is REPEALED.
     3    §  8.  Notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary, any
     4  existing records, property, rights, titles and  interest  of  the  Nyack
     5  urban  renewal  agency  shall vest in and be possessed by the village of
     6  Nyack and its successors or assigns.
     7    § 9. Title 7 of article 15-B of the general municipal law, as added by
     8  chapter 914 of the laws of 1964, is REPEALED.

     9    § 10. Notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary,  any
    10  existing records, property, rights, titles and interest of the Peekskill
    11  community  development agency shall vest in and be possessed by the city
    12  of Peekskill and its successor or assigns.
    13    § 11. Title 8 of article 15-B of the general municipal law,  as  added
    14  by chapter 266 of the laws of 1964, is REPEALED.
    15    §  12. Notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary, any
    16  existing records, property, rights, titles and  interest  of  the  Mount
    17  Kisco urban renewal agency shall vest in and be possessed by the village
    18  of Mount Kisco and its successors or assigns.
    19    §  13.  Title 8 of article 15-B of the general municipal law, as added
    20  by chapter 603 of the laws of 1964, is REPEALED.
    21    § 14. Notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary,  any

    22  existing  records,  property,  rights, titles and interest of the Island
    23  Park urban renewal agency shall vest in and be possessed by the  village
    24  of Island Park and its successors or assigns.
    25    §  15.  Title  9  of  article  15-B  of  the  general municipal law is
    26  REPEALED.
    27    § 16. Notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary,  any
    28  existing  records,  property,  rights, titles and interest of the Ellen-
    29  ville urban renewal agency shall vest in and be possessed by the village
    30  of Ellenville and its successors or assigns.
    31    § 17. Title 10 of article 15-B of the general municipal law, as  added
    32  by chapter 83 of the laws of 1964, is REPEALED.
    33    §  18. Notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary, any
    34  existing records, property, rights, titles and interest of  the  Hornell

    35  urban  renewal  agency  shall  vest  in  and be possessed by the city of
    36  Hornell and its successors or assigns.
    37    § 19. Title 10 of article 15-B of the general municipal law, as  added
    38  by chapter 266 of the laws of 1964, is REPEALED.
    39    § 20. Notwithstanding any other provision  of law to the contrary, any
    40  existing  records, property, rights, titles and interest of the Washing-
    41  tonville urban renewal agency shall vest in  and  be  possessed  by  the
    42  village of Washingtonville and its successors or assigns.
    43    §  21.  Title  11  of  article  15-B  of  the general municipal law is
    44  REPEALED.
    45    § 22. Notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary,  any
    46  existing  records,  property, rights, titles and interest of the Mamaro-
    47  neck urban renewal agency shall vest in and be possessed by the  village
    48  of Mamaroneck and its successors or assigns.

    49    §  23.  Title  13  of  article  15-B  of  the general municipal law is
    50  REPEALED.
    51    § 24. Notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary,  any
    52  existing  records,  property, rights, titles and interest of the Platts-
    53  burgh urban renewal agency shall vest in and be possessed by the city of
    54  Plattsburgh and its successors or assigns.
    55    § 25. Title 18 of  article  15-B  of  the  general  municipal  law  is
    56  REPEALED.

     1    §  26. Notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary, any
     2  existing records, property, rights, titles and interest of the Woodridge
     3  urban renewal agency shall vest in and be possessed by  the  village  of
     4  Woodridge and its successors or assigns.
     5    §  27.  Title  19  of  article  15-B  of  the general municipal law is
     6  REPEALED.

     7    § 28. Notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary,  any
     8  existing  records,  property, rights, titles and interest of the Potsdam
     9  urban renewal agency shall vest in and be possessed by the town of Pots-
    10  dam and its successors or assigns.
    11    § 29. Title 21 of  article  15-B  of  the  general  municipal  law  is
    12  REPEALED.
    13    §  30. Notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary, any
    14  existing records, property, rights, titles and interest of the Lancaster
    15  urban renewal agency shall vest in and  be  possessed  by  the  town  of
    16  Lancaster and its successors or assigns.
    17    §  31.  Title  25  of  article  15-B  of  the general municipal law is
    18  REPEALED.
    19    § 32. Notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary,  any
    20  existing  records, property, rights, titles and interest of the Gouvern-

    21  eur urban renewal agency shall vest in and be possessed by the  town  of
    22  Gouverneur and its successors or assigns.
    23    §  33.  Title  27  of  article  15-B  of  the general municipal law is
    24  REPEALED.
    25    § 34. Notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary,  any
    26  existing  records,  property, rights, titles and interest of the village
    27  of Clayville urban renewal agency shall vest in and be possessed by  the
    28  village of Clayville and its successors or assigns.
    29    §  35.  Title  27-A  of  article  15-B of the general municipal law is
    30  REPEALED.
    31    § 36. Notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary,  any
    32  existing  records,  property, rights, titles and interest of the village
    33  of Walden urban renewal agency shall vest in and  be  possessed  by  the
    34  village of Walden and its successors or assigns.

    35    §  37.  Title  29  of  article  15-B  of  the general municipal law is
    36  REPEALED.
    37    § 38. Notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary,  any
    38  existing  records,  property,  rights,  titles and interest of the Ilion
    39  urban renewal agency shall vest in and be possessed by  the  village  of
    40  Ilion and its successors or assigns.
    41    §  39.  Title  30  of  article  15-B  of  the general municipal law is
    42  REPEALED.
    43    § 40. Notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary,  any
    44  existing  records,  property, rights, titles and interest of the village
    45  of Penn Yan urban renewal agency shall vest in and be possessed  by  the
    46  village of Penn Yan and its successors or assigns.
    47    §  41.  Title  31  of  article  15-B  of  the general municipal law is
    48  REPEALED.
    49    § 42. Notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary,  any

    50  existing  records,  property, rights, titles and interest of the village
    51  of Pawling urban renewal agency shall vest in and be  possessed  by  the
    52  village of Pawling and its successors or assigns.
    53    §  43.  Title  32  of  article  15-B  of  the general municipal law is
    54  REPEALED.
    55    § 44. Notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary,  any
    56  existing records, property, rights, titles, and interest of the Newburgh

     1  community  development agency shall vest in and be possessed by the city
     2  of Newburgh and its successors or assigns.
     3    §  45.  Title  33  of  article  15-B  of  the general municipal law is
     4  REPEALED.
     5    § 46. Notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary,  any
     6  existing records, property, rights, titles and interest of the Baldwins-

     7  ville urban renewal agency shall vest in and be possessed by the village
     8  of Baldwinsville and its successors or assigns.
     9    §  47.  Title  35  of  article  15-B  of  the general municipal law is
    10  REPEALED.
    11    § 48. Notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary,  any
    12  existing  records,  property, rights, titles and interest of the village
    13  of Hamburg urban renewal agency shall vest in and be  possessed  by  the
    14  village of Hamburg and its successors or assigns.
    15    §  49.  Title  38  of  article  15-B  of  the general municipal law is
    16  REPEALED.
    17    § 50. Notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary,  any
    18  existing  records,  property, rights, titles and interest of the Saranac
    19  Lake urban renewal agency shall vest in and be possessed by the  village
    20  of Saranac Lake and its successors or assigns.

    21    §  51.  Title  40  of  article  15-B  of  the general municipal law is
    22  REPEALED.
    23    § 52. Notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary,  any
    24  existing  records, property, rights, titles and interest of the Tuckahoe
    25  urban renewal agency shall vest in and be possessed by  the  village  of
    26  Tuckahoe and its successors or assigns.
    27    §  53.  Title  42  of  article  15-B  of  the general municipal law is
    28  REPEALED.
    29    § 54. Notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary,  any
    30  existing  records,  property, rights, titles and interest of the Palmyra
    31  urban renewal agency shall vest in and be possessed by  the  village  of
    32  Palmyra and its successors or assigns.
    33    §  55.  Title  43  of  article  15-B  of  the general municipal law is
    34  REPEALED.
    35    § 56. Notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary,  any

    36  existing  records,  property,  rights, titles and interest of the Newark
    37  urban renewal agency shall vest in and be possessed by  the  village  of
    38  Newark and its successors or assigns.
    39    §  57.  Title  44  of  article  15-B  of  the general municipal law is
    40  REPEALED.
    41    § 58. Notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary,  any
    42  existing records, property, rights, titles and interest of the Salamanca
    43  urban renewal agency shall vest in and be possessed by the city of Sala-
    44  manca and its successors or assigns.
    45    §  59.  Title  45  of  article  15-B  of  the general municipal law is
    46  REPEALED.
    47    § 60. Notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary,  any
    48  existing  records,  property, rights, titles and interest of the village
    49  of East Rochester urban renewal agency shall vest in and be possessed by

    50  the village of East Rochester and its successors or assigns.
    51    § 61. Title 46 of  article  15-B  of  the  general  municipal  law  is
    52  REPEALED.
    53    §  62. Notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary, any
    54  existing records, property, rights, titles and interest  of  the  Auburn
    55  urban  renewal  agency  shall    vest in and be possessed by the city of
    56  Auburn and its successors or assigns.

     1    § 63. Title 48 of  article  15-B  of  the  general  municipal  law  is
     2  REPEALED.
     3    §  64. Notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary, any
     4  existing records, property, rights, titles and interest of  the  village
     5  of  New Paltz urban renewal agency shall vest in and be possessed by the
     6  village of New Paltz and its successors or assigns.

     7    § 65. Title 49 of  article  15-B  of  the  general  municipal  law  is
     8  REPEALED.
     9    §  66. Notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary, any
    10  existing records, property, rights, titles and interest of  the  Ogdens-
    11  burg  urban renewal agency shall vest in and be possessed by the city of
    12  Ogdensburg and its successors or assigns.
    13    § 67. Title 52 of  article  15-B  of  the  general  municipal  law  is
    14  REPEALED.
    15    §  68. Notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary, any
    16  existing records, property, rights, titles  and  interest  of  the  Long
    17  Beach urban renewal agency shall vest in and be possessed by the city of
    18  Long Beach and its successors or assigns.
    19    §  69.  Title  57  of  article  15-B  of  the general municipal law is
    20  REPEALED.
    21    § 70. Notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary,  any

    22  existing  records,  property, rights, titles and interest of the village
    23  of Hilton urban renewal agency shall vest in and  be  possessed  by  the
    24  village of Hilton and its successors or assigns.
    25    §  71.  Title  62  of  article  15-B  of  the general municipal law is
    26  REPEALED.
    27    § 72. Notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary,  any
    28  existing  records,  property, rights, titles and interest of the village
    29  of Liberty urban renewal agency shall vest in and be  possessed  by  the
    30  village of Liberty and its successors or assigns.
    31    §  73.  Title  63  of  article  15-B  of  the general municipal law is
    32  REPEALED.
    33    § 74. Notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary,  any
    34  existing  records,  property, rights, titles and interest of the village
    35  of Lyons urban renewal agency shall vest in  and  be  possessed  by  the

    36  village of Lyons and its successors or assigns.
    37    §  75.  Title  64-A  of  article  15-B of the general municipal law is
    38  REPEALED.
    39    § 76. Notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary,  any
    40  existing  records,  property,  rights, titles and interest of the Dolge-
    41  ville community development agency shall vest in and be possessed by the
    42  village of Dolgeville and its successors or assigns.
    43    § 77. Title 66 of  article  15-B  of  the  general  municipal  law  is
    44  REPEALED.
    45    §  78. Notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary, any
    46  existing records, property, rights, titles and interest of the  town  of
    47  Wallkill urban renewal agency shall vest in and be possessed by the town
    48  of Wallkill and its successors or assigns.
    49    §  79.  Title  67  of  article  15-B  of  the general municipal law is
    50  REPEALED.

    51    § 80. Notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary,  any
    52  existing  records,  property, rights, titles and interest of the village
    53  of Greenport urban renewal agency shall vest in and be possessed by  the
    54  village of Greenport and its successors or assigns.
    55    §  81.  Title  68  of  article  15-B  of  the general municipal law is
    56  REPEALED.

     1    § 82. Notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary,  any
     2  existing records, property, rights, titles and interest of the Thomaston
     3  urban  renewal  agency  shall vest in and be possessed by the village of
     4  Thomaston and its successors or assigns.
     5    §  83.  Title  73  of  article  15-B  of  the general municipal law is
     6  REPEALED.
     7    § 84. Notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary,  any

     8  existing records, property, rights, titles and interest of the Watertown
     9  urban  renewal  agency  shall  vest  in  and be possessed by the city of
    10  Watertown and its successors or assigns.
    11    § 85. Title 74 of  article  15-B  of  the  general  municipal  law  is
    12  REPEALED.
    13    §  86. Notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary, any
    14  existing records, property, rights, titles and interest of the Fallsburg
    15  urban renewal agency shall vest in and  be  possessed  by  the  town  of
    16  Fallsburg and its successors or assigns.
    17    §  87.  Title  75  of  article  15-B  of  the general municipal law is
    18  REPEALED.
    19    § 88. Notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary,  any
    20  existing  records,  property, rights, titles and interest of the village
    21  of Geneseo urban renewal agency shall vest in and be  possessed  by  the

    22  village of Geneseo and its successors or assigns.
    23    §  89.  Title  77  of  article  15-B  of  the general municipal law is
    24  REPEALED.
    25    § 90. Notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary,  any
    26  existing  records,  property, rights, titles and interest of the town of
    27  Bethlehem urban renewal agency shall vest in and  be  possessed  by  the
    28  town of Bethlehem and its successors or assigns.
    29    §  91.  Title  78  of  article  15-B  of  the general municipal law is
    30  REPEALED.
    31    § 92. Notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary,  any
    32  existing  records,  property, rights, titles and interest of the village
    33  of Massena urban renewal agency shall vest in and be  possessed  by  the
    34  village of Massena and its successors or assigns.
    35    §  93.  Title  80  of  article  15-B  of  the general municipal law is
    36  REPEALED.

    37    § 94. Notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary,  any
    38  existing  records,  property, rights, titles and interest of the Waterv-
    39  liet urban renewal agency shall vest in and be possessed by the city  of
    40  Watervliet and its successors or assigns.
    41    §  95.  Title  81  of  article  15-B  of  the general municipal law is
    42  REPEALED.
    43    § 96. Notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary,  any
    44  existing  records,  property,  rights,  titles,  and interest of the New
    45  Rochelle urban renewal agency shall vest in and be possessed by the city
    46  of New Rochelle and its successors or assigns.
    47    § 97. Title 82 of  article  15-B  of  the  general  municipal  law  is
    48  REPEALED.
    49    §  98. Notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary, any
    50  existing records, property, rights, titles and interest of  the  village

    51  of  Fort  Edward  urban renewal agency shall vest in and be possessed by
    52  the village of Fort Edward and its successors or assigns.
    53    § 99. Title 83 of  article  15-B  of  the  general  municipal  law  is
    54  REPEALED.
    55    § 100. Notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary, any
    56  existing  records,  property, rights, titles and interest of the Dunkirk

     1  urban renewal agency shall vest in and  be  possessed  by  the  city  of
     2  Dunkirk and its successors or assigns.
     3    §  101.  Title  84  of  article  15-B  of the general municipal law is
     4  REPEALED.
     5    § 102. Notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary, any
     6  existing records, property, rights, titles and interest of  the  village
     7  of Monticello urban renewal agency shall vest in and be possessed by the

     8  village of Monticello and its successors or assigns.
     9    §  103.    Title  85  of  article 15-B of the general municipal law is
    10  REPEALED.
    11    § 104. Notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary, any
    12  existing records, property, rights, titles of the village of East  Syra-
    13  cuse  urban renewal agency shall vest in and be possessed by the village
    14  of East Syracuse and its successors or assigns.
    15    § 105. Title 89 of article  15-B  of  the  general  municipal  law  is
    16  REPEALED.
    17    § 106. Notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary, any
    18  existing  records,  property, rights, titles and interest of the village
    19  of Catskill urban renewal agency shall vest in and be possessed  by  the
    20  village of Catskill and its successors or assigns.
    21    §  107.  Title  90  of  article  15-B  of the general municipal law is
    22  REPEALED.

    23    § 108. Notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary, any
    24  existing records, property, rights, titles and interest of  the  village
    25  of  New  Hartford urban renewal agency shall vest in and be possessed by
    26  the village of New Hartford and its successors or assigns.
    27    § 109. Title 92 of article  15-B  of  the  general  municipal  law  is
    28  REPEALED.
    29    § 110. Notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary, any
    30  existing  records,  property, rights, titles and interest of the village
    31  of Hudson Falls urban renewal agency shall vest in and be  possessed  by
    32  the village of Hudson Falls and its successors or assigns.
    33    §  111.  Title  93  of  article  15-B  of the general municipal law is
    34  REPEALED.
    35    § 112. Notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary, any

    36  existing records, property, rights, titles and interest of  the  village
    37  of  Webster  urban  renewal agency shall vest in and be possessed by the
    38  village of Webster and its successors or assigns.
    39    § 113. Title 94 of article  15-B  of  the  general  municipal  law  is
    40  REPEALED.
    41    § 114. Notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary, any
    42  existing  records,  property, rights, titles and interest of the Rensse-
    43  laer urban renewal agency shall vest in and be possessed by the city  of
    44  Rensselaer and its successors or assigns.
    45    §  115.  Title  95  of  article  15-B  of the general municipal law is
    46  REPEALED.
    47    § 116. Notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary, any
    48  existing records, property, rights, titles and interest of the  city  of
    49  Cohoes  urban  renewal agency shall vest in and be possessed by the city

    50  of Cohoes and its successors or assigns.
    51    § 117. Title 96 of article  15-B  of  the  general  municipal  law  is
    52  REPEALED.
    53    § 118. Notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary, any
    54  existing  records,  property, rights, titles and interest of the village
    55  of Lynbrook urban renewal agency shall vest in and be possessed  by  the
    56  village of Lynbrook and its successors or assigns.

     1    §  119.  Title  97  of  article  15-B  of the general municipal law is
     2  REPEALED.
     3    § 120. Notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary, any
     4  existing  records,  property, rights, titles, and interest of the Oswego
     5  urban renewal agency shall vest in and be possessed by the city of Oswe-
     6  go and its successors or assigns.

     7    § 121. Title 98 of article  15-B  of  the  general  municipal  law  is
     8  REPEALED.
     9    § 122. Notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary, any
    10  existing  records, property, rights, titles and interest of the Yorktown
    11  urban renewal agency shall vest in and be possessed by the town of York-
    12  town and its successors or assigns.
    13    § 123. Title 99 of article  15-B  of  the  general  municipal  law  is
    14  REPEALED.
    15    § 124. Notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary, any
    16  existing  records,  property, rights, titles and interest of the village
    17  of Warwick urban renewal agency shall vest in and be  possessed  by  the
    18  village of Warwick and its successors or assigns.
    19    §  125.  Title  104  of  article  15-B of the general municipal law is
    20  REPEALED.
    21    § 126. Notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary, any

    22  existing records, property, rights, titles and interest of the  town  of
    23  Guilderland  urban  renewal agency shall vest in and be possessed by the
    24  town of Guilderland and its successors or assigns.
    25    § 127. Title 105 of article 15-B  of  the  general  municipal  law  is
    26  REPEALED.
    27    § 128. Notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary, any
    28  existing  records,  property, rights, titles and interest of the village
    29  of Whitehall urban renewal agency shall vest in and be possessed by  the
    30  village of Whitehall and its successors or assigns.
    31    §  129.  Title  106  of  article  15-B of the general municipal law is
    32  REPEALED.
    33    § 130. Notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary, any
    34  existing records, property, rights, titles and interest of the  town  of
    35  Colonie  urban renewal agency shall vest in and be possessed by the town

    36  of Colonie and its successors or assigns.
    37    § 131. Title 108 of article 15-B  of  the  general  municipal  law  is
    38  REPEALED.
    39    § 132. Notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary, any
    40  existing  records,  property, rights, titles and interest of the village
    41  of Fayetteville urban renewal agency shall vest in and be  possessed  by
    42  the village of Fayetteville and its successors or assigns.
    43    §  133.  Title  109  of  article  15-B of the general municipal law is
    44  REPEALED.
    45    § 134. Notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary, any
    46  existing records, property, rights, titles and interest of  the  village
    47  of  Waverly  urban  renewal agency shall vest in and be possessed by the
    48  village of Waverly and its successors or assigns.
    49    § 135. Title 110 of article 15-B  of  the  general  municipal  law  is
    50  REPEALED.

    51    § 136. Notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary, any
    52  existing  records,  property, rights, titles and interest of the village
    53  of North Syracuse urban renewal agency shall vest in and be possessed by
    54  the village of North Syracuse and its successors or assigns.
    55    § 137. Title 111 of article 15-B  of  the  general  municipal  law  is
    56  REPEALED.

     1    § 138. Notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary, any
     2  existing  records,  property, rights, titles and interest of the village
     3  of Fredonia urban renewal agency shall vest in and be possessed  by  the
     4  village of Fredonia and its successors or assigns.
     5    §  139.  Title  113  of  article  15-B of the general municipal law is
     6  REPEALED.

     7    § 140. Notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary, any
     8  existing records, property, rights, titles and interest of  the  village
     9  of  Canajoharie  urban  renewal agency shall vest in and be possessed by
    10  the incorporated village of Canajoharie and its successors or assigns.
    11    § 141. Title 118 of article 15-B  of  the  general  municipal  law  is
    12  REPEALED.
    13    § 142. Notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary, any
    14  existing  records,  property, rights, titles and interest of the town of
    15  Orangetown community development agency shall vest in and  be  possessed
    16  by the town of Orangetown and its successors or assigns.
    17    § 143. Section 890-g of the general municipal law is REPEALED.
    18    § 144. Notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary, any
    19  existing  records,  property,  rights, titles and interest and all obli-

    20  gations and liabilities of the village of Greenport industrial  develop-
    21  ment  agency shall vest in and be possessed by the town of Greenport and
    22  its successors or assigns.
    23    § 145. Section 894 of the general municipal law is REPEALED.
    24    § 146. Notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary, any
    25  existing records, property, rights, titles and interest  and  all  obli-
    26  gations and liabilities of the town of Queensbury industrial development
    27  agency  shall vest in and be possessed by the town of Queensbury and its
    28  successors or assigns.
    29    § 147. Section 907-b of the general municipal law is REPEALED.
    30    § 148. Notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary, any
    31  existing records, property, rights, titles and interest  and  all  obli-
    32  gations  and  liabilities  of  the city of Beacon industrial development

    33  agency shall vest in and be possessed by the  city  of  Beacon  and  its
    34  successors or assigns.
    35    § 149. Section 913-a of the general municipal law is REPEALED.
    36    §  150.  Notwithstanding  any  other provision of law to the contrary,
    37  records, property, rights, titles and interest and all  obligations  and
    38  liabilities  of the town of East Greenbush industrial development agency
    39  shall vest in and be possessed by the town of  East  Greenbush  and  its
    40  successors or assigns.
    41    § 151. Section 915 of the general municipal law is REPEALED.
    42    § 152. Notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary, any
    43  existing  records,  property,  rights, titles and interest and all obli-
    44  gations and liabilities of the Deerpark  industrial  development  agency
    45  shall  vest  in and be possessed by the town of Deerpark and its succes-
    46  sors or assigns.

    47    § 153. Section 922-c of the general municipal law is REPEALED.
    48    § 154. Notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary, any
    49  existing records, property, rights, titles and interest  and  all  obli-
    50  gations  and liabilities of the town of East Hampton industrial develop-
    51  ment agency shall vest in and be possessed by the town of  East  Hampton
    52  and its successors or assigns.
    53    § 155. Section 925-b of the general municipal law is REPEALED.
    54    § 156. Notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary, any
    55  existing  records,  property,  rights, titles and interest and all obli-
    56  gations and liabilities of the town  of  Carmel  industrial  development

     1  agency  shall  vest  in  and  be possessed by the town of Carmel and its
     2  successors or assigns.

     3    § 157. Section 925-d of the general municipal law is REPEALED.
     4    § 158. Notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary, any
     5  existing  records,  property,  rights, titles and interest and all obli-
     6  gations and liabilities of the town of Oyster Bay industrial development
     7  agency shall vest in and be possessed by the town of Oyster Bay and  its
     8  successors or assigns.
     9    § 159. Section 925-j of the general municipal law is REPEALED.
    10    § 160. Notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary, any
    11  existing  records,  property,  rights, titles and interest and all obli-
    12  gations and liabilities of the city of Watervliet industrial development
    13  agency shall vest in and be possessed by the city of Watervliet and  its
    14  successors or assigns.
    15    § 161. Section 925-l of the general municipal law, as added by chapter

    16  623 of the laws of 1980, is REPEALED.
    17    § 162. Notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary, any
    18  existing  records,  property,  rights, titles and interest and all obli-
    19  gations and liabilities of the town of Schodack  industrial  development
    20  agency  shall  vest  in and be possessed by the town of Schodack and its
    21  successors or assigns.
    22    § 163. Section 925-o of the general municipal law is REPEALED.
    23    § 164. Notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary, any
    24  existing records, property, rights, titles and interest  and  all  obli-
    25  gations and liabilities of the village of Horseheads industrial develop-
    26  ment  agency shall vest in and be possessed by the village of Horseheads
    27  and its successors or assigns.
    28    § 165. Section 925-x of the general municipal law is REPEALED.

    29    § 166. Notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary, any
    30  existing records, property, rights, titles and interest  and  all  obli-
    31  gations  and liabilities of the village of Lake Placid industrial devel-
    32  opment agency shall vest in and be possessed  by  the  village  of  Lake
    33  Placid and its successors or assigns.
    34    § 167. Section 926-h of the general municipal law is REPEALED.
    35    § 168. Notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary, any
    36  existing  records,  property,  rights, titles and interest and all obli-
    37  gations and liabilities of the village of Keeseville industrial develop-
    38  ment agency shall vest in and be possessed by the village of  Keeseville
    39  and its successors or assigns.
    40    § 169. Section 926-n of the general municipal law is REPEALED.
    41    § 170. Notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary, any

    42  existing  records,  property,  rights, titles and interest and all obli-
    43  gations and liabilities of the town of Horseheads industrial development
    44  agency shall vest in and be possessed by the town of Horseheads and  its
    45  successors or assigns.
    46    § 171. Section 926-q of the general municipal law is REPEALED.
    47    § 172. Notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary, any
    48  existing  records,  property,  rights, titles and interest and all obli-
    49  gations and liabilities of the town  of  Dryden  industrial  development
    50  agency  shall  vest  in  and  be possessed by the town of Dryden and its
    51  successors or assigns.
    52    § 173. Title 70 of article  15-B  of  the  general  municipal  law  is
    53  REPEALED.
    54    § 174. Notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary, any
    55  existing  records,  property,  rights,  titles  and interest of the Troy

     1  urban renewal agency shall vest in and be possessed by the city of  Troy
     2  and its successors or assigns.
     3    § 175. Section 904-b of the general municipal law is REPEALED.
     4    § 176. Notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary, any
     5  existing  records,  property,  rights, titles and interest and all obli-
     6  gations and liabilities of the city  of  Oneida  industrial  development
     7  agency  shall  vest  in  and  be possessed by the city of Oneida and its
     8  successors or assigns.
     9    § 177. Section 907-c of the general municipal law is REPEALED.
    10    § 178. Notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary, any
    11  existing records, property, rights, titles and interest  and  all  obli-
    12  gations  and  liabilities  of the town of Liberty industrial development

    13  agency shall vest in and be possessed by the town  of  Liberty  and  its
    14  successors or assigns.
    15    § 179. Section 908-a of the general municipal law is REPEALED.
    16    § 180. Notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary, any
    17  existing  records,  property,  rights, titles and interest and all obli-
    18  gations and liabilities of the village of Monticello industrial develop-
    19  ment agency shall vest in and be possessed by the village of  Monticello
    20  and its successors or assigns.
    21    § 181. Section 923-e of the general municipal law is REPEALED.
    22    § 182. Notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary, any
    23  existing  records,  property,  rights, titles and interest and all obli-
    24  gations and liabilities of the Kent industrial development agency  shall
    25  vest  in  and  be  possessed  by  the town of Kent and its successors or
    26  assigns.

    27    § 183.  Section 925 of the general municipal law is REPEALED.
    28    § 184. Notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary, any
    29  existing records, property, rights, titles and interest  and  all  obli-
    30  gations  and  liabilities of the Woodridge industrial development agency
    31  shall vest in and be possessed by  the  village  of  Woodridge  and  its
    32  successors or assigns.
    33    § 185.  Section 925-e of the general municipal law is REPEALED.
    34    § 186. Notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary, any
    35  existing  records,  property,  rights, titles and interest and all obli-
    36  gations and liabilities of the town of Fallsburg industrial  development
    37  agency  shall  vest in and be possessed by the town of Fallsburg and its
    38  successors or assigns.
    39    § 187.  Section 925-u of the general municipal law is REPEALED.

    40    § 188. Notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary, any
    41  existing records, property, rights, titles and interest  and  all  obli-
    42  gations  and  liabilities of the town of Southampton industrial develop-
    43  ment agency shall vest in and be possessed by the  town  of  Southampton
    44  and its successors or assigns.
    45    § 189.  Section 927-c of the general municipal law is REPEALED.
    46    § 190. Notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary, any
    47  existing  records,  property,  rights, titles and interest and all obli-
    48  gations and liabilities of the town of Altamont  industrial  development
    49  agency  shall  vest  in and be possessed by the town of Altamont and its
    50  successors or assigns.
    51    § 191. Section 882 of the general municipal law, as added  by  chapter
    52  1030 of the laws of 1969, is amended to read as follows:

    53    §  882.  Termination of the agency. Whenever all of the bonds or notes
    54  issued by the agency shall have been  redeemed  or  cancelled,  and  all
    55  straight-lease transactions have been terminated, the agency shall cease
    56  to  exist  and  all rights, titles, and interest and all obligations and

     1  liabilities thereof vested in or possessed by the agency shall thereupon
     2  vest in and be possessed by the municipality.
     3    §  192.  Separability  clause.  If  any  clause,  sentence, paragraph,
     4  section or part of this act shall be adjudged by any court of  competent
     5  jurisdiction  to  be  invalid  such judgment shall not affect, impair or
     6  invalidate the remainder of this act, but shall be confined in its oper-
     7  ation to the  clause,  sentence,  paragraph,  section  or  part  thereof

     8  directly  involved  in the controversy in which such judgment shall have
     9  been rendered.
    10    § 193. This act shall take effect on the sixtieth day after  it  shall
    11  have  become  a law; provided, however, that section one hundred ninety-
    12  one of this act shall be deemed to have been in full force and effect on
    13  and after January 1, 2002.
