Section 2 of chapter 556 of the laws of 2007 amending the 2 tax law relating to imposing an additional real estate transfer tax 3 within the county of Columbia, as amended by section 1 of subpart F of 4 part XXX of chapter 58 of the laws of 2020, is amended to read as 5 follows: 6 § 2. This act shall take effect immediately and shall expire and be 7 deemed repealed on December 31, [2023] 2025. 8 § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
