AN ACT to amend chapter 672 of the laws of 1993, amending the public
authorities law relating to the construction and financing of facili-
ties for certain public libraries, in relation to including the Port
Jefferson free library within the provisions of such chapter
The People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and Assem-bly, do enact as follows:
1 Section 1. Section 5 of chapter 672 of the laws of 1993, amending the
2 public authorities law relating to the construction and financing of
3 facilities for certain public libraries, is amended by adding a new
4 subdivision 53 to read as follows:
5 53. Port Jefferson Free Library
6 § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
