        AN  ACT to amend the state finance law, in relation to the percentage of
          education aid disbursed from the state lottery fund

          The People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and  Assem-
        bly, do enact as follows:
 
     1    Section  1.  The  opening paragraph of paragraph b of subdivision 4 of
     2  section 92-c of the state finance law, as added by  chapter  71  of  the
     3  laws of 1977, is amended to read as follows:
     4    Each  eligible school district and state supported school for the deaf
     5  and blind as defined in section forty-two hundred one of  the  education
     6  law   shall   compute   their  entitlement  pursuant  to  the  following
     7  provisions, provided that the  total  percentage  of  revenue  disbursed
     8  pursuant  to  this section to support education aid shall not fall below
     9  45.15 percent:
    10    § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
