ZEBROWSKI -- read once and referred to the Committee on Judiciary AN ACT to amend the real property actions and proceedings law, in relation to requiring loan services for loans on vacant and abandoned residential real property to pay certain condominium common charges The People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and Assem- bly, do enact as follows: 1 Section 1. Paragraph (k) of subdivision 4 of section 1308 of the real 2 property actions and proceedings law, as amended by chapter 168 of the 3 laws of 2019, is amended to read as follows: 4 (k) pay homeowners' association, condominium common charges as defined 5 in section three hundred thirty-nine-e of the real property law or coop- 6 erative fees as needed to maintain the property. 7 § 2.
