        Introduced  by M. of A. WALKER, JEAN-PIERRE -- read once and referred to
          the Committee on Health -- committee discharged, bill amended, ordered
          reprinted as amended and recommitted to said committee
 
        AN ACT to amend the public health law, in relation to  including  repro-
          ductive  health conditions that affect female fertility as part of the
          health care and wellness education and outreach program
 
          The People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and  Assem-
        bly, do enact as follows:
 
     1    Section  1.   Subdivision 1 of section 207 of the public health law is
     2  amended by adding a new paragraph (p) to read as follows:
     3    (p) Reproductive  health  conditions  that  affect  female  fertility,
     4  including  but  not limited to polycystic ovary syndrome, endometriosis,
     5  and pelvic inflammatory disease.
     6    § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
