          to the Committee on Judiciary in accordance with Assembly Rule 3, sec.
          2 -- reported and referred to the Committee on Rules -- Rules  Commit-
          tee  discharged, bill amended, ordered reprinted as amended and recom-
          mitted to the Committee on Rules
 
        AN ACT to amend the judiciary law, in relation to designating room three
          hundred one of the Putnam supreme and county court as the "Judge James
          F. Reitz Memorial Courtroom"
 
          The People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and  Assem-
        bly, do enact as follows:
 
     1    Section  1. The judiciary law is amended by adding a new section 10 to
     2  read as follows:
     3    § 10. Courtroom designated the "Judge James F.  Reitz Memorial  Court-
     4  room".    Room  three hundred one of the Putnam supreme and county court
     5  shall be designated and known as the  "Judge  James  F.  Reitz  Memorial
     6  Courtroom".
     7    § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
