AN ACT to amend the vehicle and traffic law, in relation to making tech-
nical corrections to such law
The People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and Assem-bly, do enact as follows:
1 Section 1. Paragraph (g) of subdivision 1 of section 235 of the vehi-
2 cle and traffic law, as added by chapter 421 of the laws of 2021, is
3 relettered paragraph (h).
4 § 2. Paragraph (f) of subdivision 1 of section 236 of the vehicle and
5 traffic law, as added by chapter 421 of the laws of 2021, is relettered
6 paragraph (g).
7 § 3. Subparagraph (vi) of paragraph (a) of subdivision 5-a of section
8 401 of the vehicle and traffic law, as added by chapter 421 of the laws
9 of 2021, is renumbered subparagraph (vii).
10 § 4. Paragraph (f) of subdivision 1-a of section 1809 of the vehicle
11 and traffic law, as added by chapter 421 of the laws of 2021, is relet-
12 tered paragraph (g).
13 § 5. Subparagraph (vii) of paragraph (a) of subdivision 1 of section
14 1809-e of the vehicle and traffic law, as added by chapter 421 of the
15 laws of 2021, is renumbered subparagraph (viii).
16 § 6. This act shall take effect immediately.
