        Introduced  by M. of A. FRONTUS -- read once and referred to the Commit-
          tee on Corporations, Authorities and Commissions
 
        AN ACT to repeal section 206  of  the  limited  liability  company  law,
          relating to publishing requirements for limited liability companies
 
          The  People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and Assem-
        bly, do enact as follows:

     1    Section 1. Section  206  of  the  limited  liability  company  law  is
     2  REPEALED.
