KAMINSKY -- read twice and ordered printed, and when printed to be committed to the Committee on Rules AN ACT to amend the environmental conservation law, in relation to prohibiting the use of the pesticide sulfoxaflor The People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and Assem- bly, do enact as follows: 1 Section 1. Section 33-1301 of the environmental conservation law is 2 amended by adding a new subdivision 12 to read as follows: 3 12. For any person to use sulfoxaflor. 4 § 2.
