Assemblywoman Pamela Hunter Launches Citizen Advisory Committees

Assemblywoman Pamela Hunter (D-Syracuse) announced she will appoint advisory committees for the city of Syracuse and the towns of DeWitt, Onondaga and Salina. Each committee will be made up of local elected officials and citizens. The committees will advise her on concerns related to each community, and work to find common ground on issues that impact the entire 128th Assembly District. Hunter was recently elected to fill the vacant Assembly seat for the 128th District.

“These committees will help me track issues in each community, and I hope begin the work of bridging the divide between Syracuse and the towns.” Assemblywoman Hunter said. “It’s high time we came together on issues that affect the entire 128th District – issues like infrastructure revitalization, improving schools, creating jobs and keeping families safe.”
