Assemblymember Brindisi: $60.2 Million Awarded to Mohawk Valley Through Regional Economic Development Council
December 9, 2011
“The awarding of $60.2 million to the Mohawk Valley through Governor Cuomo’s Regional Economic Development Council initiative is great news for our area. The funding is a good start toward stimulating job creation and technological innovation in the Mohawk Valley. The tireless work of local leaders from business, academia, labor and government, among others areas, cannot be overstated. I thank them, along with the governor, for their commitment to our area and I look forward to working together as we take the next steps in creating more jobs and attracting new businesses to the Mohawk Valley.”
