Brindisi Asks Governor to Expedite $10.45 Million Payment for Utica

“At the request of the City of Utica, I have requested that the governor look into an immediate release of the $10.45 million in Aid and Incentive for Municipalities (AIM) funding that is scheduled to be made to Utica on March 31st.”
