Assemblymember Brindisi Supports Restoring Funding to the Office of People With Developmental Disabilities
June 4, 2013
“I am proud to co-sponsor a bill that fully restores the recent funding cuts to the Office of People with Developmental Disabilities (OPWDD). This funding will allow OPWDD to continue to provide much needed services to families and individuals who rely on them.”
“We have a long tradition in New York State of providing essential services to our most vulnerable populations. This bi-partisan bill is the first step in ensuring that this tradition continues.”
