Oaks to Hold Cayuga County Town Hall Meeting

Assemblyman plans to meet with local residents to discuss state issues

Assemblyman Bob Oaks (R,C-Macedon) announces he will be holding the second in a series of town hall meetings on Thursday, March 1 at 7:30 PM. The meeting will be held at the Cato Town Hall at 11320 Short Cut Rd.

“I am holding these town hall meetings as an opportunity to meet with and listen to the residents of Cayuga County,” said Oaks. “Town meetings are a great opportunity for local residents to voice their concerns and opinions on various issues related to state government, and to help my colleagues in the Assembly Minority Conference and me make decisions that will provide for the people of this state.”

Oaks plans to discuss this year’s state budget, government reform, education proposals, strengthening our economy and any other state issue of importance to residents.

Oaks adds that all facilities are accessible to people with disabilities.
