Assemblyman Oaks Announces Upcoming Town Meetings

Invites residents to attend nearest meeting

Assemblyman Robert C. Oaks (R,C-Macedon) announced the fifth round of his town meeting series to be held within the 128th Assembly District on February 28. This round of meetings will take place in Wayne County.

“I am holding these town meetings so that I can get a sense of how the residents of my district feel about state issues,” Oaks said.

According to Oaks, the topics of discussion include the state budget proposal, upstate economy, alternative energy, legislative priorities, water resources and his recent constituent survey, in addition to concerns of local residents.

The meetings are scheduled for the following times and locations:

Thursday, Feb. 28th

  • 6:00 p.m. - Marion Town Hall, 3823 North Main Street
  • 7:30 p.m. - Walworth Town Hall, 3600 Lorraine Drive

The assemblyman holds town meetings throughout the 128th Assembly District to hear constituent concerns and opinions on various issues related to state government. He also provides updates on the legislative session in Albany.
