Leader Brian Kolb: “Extraordinary” Session Was A Complete Farce, Wasted $100,000 Of The Taxpayers’ Money
Statement from New York State Assembly Minority Leader Brian M. Kolb (R,I,C-Canandaigua):
July 29, 2010
“These past two days of a so-called ‘extraordinary’ session have been anything but. This special session has been a complete farce and wasted $100,000 of the taxpayers’ money. Governor Paterson never should have called this pointless session, especially since the Senate lacked enough members in Albany to constitute a majority. The Governor should reimburse taxpayers for this wasted $100,000 and stop this empty political posturing.”
