New York State Assembly Minority Leader Brian M. Kolb (R,C,I-Canandaigua) is pictured (above, at podium) calling for the elimination of the temporary 18-a “Energy Tax” from the 2013-2014 State Budget on Monday, March 18 in Albany. Leader Kolb stressed the need to eliminate the 18-a assessment, a measure that would add $2.5 billion onto the energy bills of all New Yorkers over the next five years.
