Joined by her son, Trey Cleary, Midshipman 3/c at the United States Naval Academy, Assemblywoman Claudia Tenney was sworn into office by the honorable John Brennan, Herkimer County Family Court Judge, at 11:11 a.m. on January 1, 2011.
Joined by her family, friends, elected officials, and other supporters, Assemblywoman Claudia Tenney (R,C,I-New Hartford) was sworn into office at 11:11 am on January 1, 2011 to officially become the state Assembly representative for the 115th District. Held at American Legion Post 1376 in New Hartford and with her son, Trey Cleary, Midshipman 3/c at the United States Naval Academy, holding the bible by her side, the new assemblywoman specifically chose the location, time and date of her local swearing-in ceremony to simultaneously honor and thank our nation’s military.
