PLEASE SIGN CLIFF’S PETITION TO REPEAL AND REPLACE RESTRICTIVE NEW GUN CONTROL MEASURES THAT INFRINGE ON LAW-ABIDING NEW YORKERS’ SECOND AMENDMENT CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS
While Assemblyman Clifford W. Crouch wants to keep our children and communities safe, he knows that the recently enacted gun control legislation in New York State does not accomplish that goal. Furthermore, the new laws infringe on the constitutional rights of law-abiding New Yorkers.
The new laws fail to address the ability of criminals and severely mentally ill to obtain weapons as well as the frighteningly unknown number of illegal weapons currently on our streets.
Legal and responsible New Yorkers who own guns should not be penalized, or have their constitutional second amendment rights compromised.
