DiPietro: Standing Up For Wyoming County Hunters And Firearms Enthusiasts
March 14, 2013
Assemblyman David DiPietro (R,C-East Aurora) has introduced Assembly Bill 5832 to preserve the right to use rifles in Wyoming County for hunting. DiPietro has been a strong voice for Second Amendment advocates since arriving in the Assembly in January. His bill is sponsored in the Senate by Senator Patrick Gallivan (R-Elma).
“Hunting is important in Wyoming County, and has been a part of its heritage since its founding. It’s a tradition that I will gladly fight to protect. By making the use of rifles for hunting in Wyoming County permanent, we will ensure that the constitutional rights I’m seeking to preserve will be safe from those who are trying to infringe upon our fundamental freedoms,” said DiPietro. “There are avid hunters all throughout Wyoming County, and they deserve to have their way of life protected.”
