The Richardson Report

Assemblymember Richardson addresses the incoming sixth grade class at Parkside Preparatory Academy in observance of National Backpack Day, in collaboration with SUNY Downstate Medical Center.

Dear Friends,

Autumn has come, and with it, a start to a new school and work year. As we transition from another splendid summer, let's take a look back on its final days.

This past September, it was my pleasure and honor to serve as Assemblymember for the home district of the West Indian Day Parade down the Parkway. We also launched our initial meetings for our monthly Clergy and Senior Councils, informing our committed residents and sharing in their collective knowledge and wisdom to collaborate on building and improving our district.

The work we do in our communities cannot be accomplished by any one representative, community leader or concerned citizen. We must work together and build in unison, relying on the skills and passion of our neighbors and friends. With that in mind, we are launching several new initiatives this month to build partnerships and strengthen our abilities to bring real change for the residents of our district. I hope you will join me in the fight.

Please remember my office is here to serve you. We are located at 1216 Union St. Our office hours are 10:00AM-6:00PM, Monday-Friday. If you would prefer to reach us by phone, please call: (718) 771-3105.

Many Thanks,
Diana
