“The recent arrests of elected officials in New York have left me outraged and saddened. Public service is an honor and a privilege. These corruption allegations show a betrayal of trust and a profound lack of respect for the people of the state by those who choose to use their office for personal financial gain. I call on them to resign and I pledge to keep working to make Albany culture one that we can be proud of.”
