Braunstein, Stavisky, Kim and Lavine Present Resolution Honoring Queensborough Community College Holocaust Resource Center and Korean American Civic Empowerment

Assemblyman Edward C. Braunstein; Senator Toby Ann Stavisky; Assemblyman Ron Kim and Assemblyman Charles Lavine present a New York State resolution to Dr. Arthur Flug, Executive Director of the Harriet & Kenneth Kupferberg Holocaust Resource Center and Archives; Dr. Diane Call, President of Queensborough Community College (QCC); Dongchan Kim, President of Korean American Civic Emplowerment (KACE); Esther Lee, Board Chair of KACE; Dongsuk Kim, KACE Steering Committee Chair; Paul Yoo, President of Korean American Association of Queens; as well as QCC Comfort Women Interns.

On June 26, 2013, Assemblyman Edward C. Braunstein joined Senator Toby Ann Stavisky, Assemblyman Ron Kim, and Assemblyman Charles Lavine, in presenting a resolution that Assemblyman Braunstein introduced in the Assembly, and Senator Stavisky introduced in the Senate, honoring the Harriet & Kenneth Kupferberg Holocaust Resource Center and Archives at Queensborough Community College, and Korean American Civic Empowerment, for their devoted work on behalf of Comfort Women.
