Pearl River, NY – On September 26, Thursday, at 6:30 p.m. Assemblywoman Ellen Jaffee (D-Suffern) will host a Health Insurance Information Session at the Suffern Library, 210 Lafayette Avenue, Suffern.
The New York State of Health, The Official Health Plan Marketplace, is where New Yorkers will shop for, compare and enroll in health insurance coverage. The Marketplace will begin enrollment on October 1, 2013 for health insurance coverage that starts on January 1, 2014.
You will have a choice of health plans; help finding the plan that best meets your needs; and, for eligible persons, financial subsidies to reduce the cost of coverage. Health insurance offered on the Marketplace will include a comprehensive set of benefits.

- How to enroll, what health plan options are available, and accessing available support and financial assistance
