Assemblymen Gary D. Finch (R,C-Springport), right, Robert C. Oaks (R,C-Macedon) left, and Brian M. Kolb (R,C-Canandaigua) are joined by Cayuga County Sheriff Rob Outhouse in supporting the Assembly minority conference’s new proposal to combat methamphetamine production. The plan, unveiled Jan. 25, would give law enforcement officials the tools needed to fight the growing methamphetamine epidemic in New York state.
