Finch Questions Plan To Close Camp Pharsalia at Albany Budget Hearing

At a budget hearing in Albany, New York state Assemblyman Gary Finch (R - 123rd District) expresses his opposition to a proposed plan to close Camp Pharsalia Correctional facility in Chenango County. Finch, pictured here, said that closing the local prison would cost the Southern Tier economy $11.6 million a year and displace more than 100 local workers and their families.
