Assemblymember Bronson: Assembly Commemorates Police Memorial Day

Assemblymember Harry B. Bronson (D-Rochester/Chili/Henrietta) announced that a resolution he cosponsored to proclaim May 8, 2013 as Police Memorial Day in the State of New York has been adopted by the Assembly (K.201).
“Our police officers who have made the ultimate sacrifice while performing their duties are true heroes that embody the courage, dedication and commitment to public service we should all strive to emulate,” said Assemblymember Bronson. “By recognizing the sacrifices of our brave police officers, we honor their memory and show our heartfelt appreciation for their service and all they have done to keep our families safe.”
