Please join me in signing our petition, saying NO to St Luke's Cornwall Hospital's proposal to shut down their emergency room from 10pm to 10am. This closure poses a serious health risk to our families and communities since some emergencies just can't wait until the morning.
This also comes at a time when the hospital, just this year, created a "compensation committee" to hand out big bonuses to their hospital executives. Plenty of money for bonuses but no money for our ER. Shame on them.
Let's stand together and let the NYS Department of Health know that St. Luke's proposal is wrong, dangerous, and something they should flatly reject.
