Tedisco Honors Local Man for Help with Disabled Youth Sports

Assemblyman Jim Tedisco (R,C,I-Schenectady-Saratoga), left, honors Richard Dickershaid of Schenectady for his many years of commitment to promoting and organizing sports for the mentally and physically handicapped youth in his community. Tedisco presents Dickershaid with the annual Assembly Minority Conference Excelsior Award for Excellence, while Dickershaid’s wife, Margie, joins her husband in celebrating his achievements.
