Tedisco: Words We Have Heard Before, Actions That Have Not Followed

Assemblyman James N. Tedisco (R,I,C-Schenectady/Saratoga) responds to State of the State
January 6, 2010
“As our state confronts the bleakest of fiscal challenges, we must remember that New Yorkers face similar challenges: their finances are stretched thin and they have lost faith in state government. I am calling on the governor and other members of the legislature to pledge not to raise taxes, fees and spending while also vowing to bring transparency to state government. I was encouraged to see the governor support my call for term limits as a way of limiting the influence of special interest groups.”
