Tedisco Greets Local Cadet Brittany Fearnside At West Point Day Celebration At The Assembly

Assemblyman James Tedisco greets West Point Cadet Brittany Fearnside on the floor of the Assembly Chamber.
Assemblyman James Tedisco (R,C,I-Schenectady-Saratoga) welcomed West Point Cadet Brittany Fearnside to the Assembly Chamber at the state Capitol in Albany on West Point Day, April 28. Tedisco was privileged to introduce her to his assembly colleagues and to highlight her many accomplishments.

At West Point, Cadet Fearnside serves as Platoon Leader and Team Co-Captain. Fearnside is studying Engineering Management and will be graduating this year. She participates in the Corps Squad Women’s Soccer Team, the Black and Gold Leadership and the Domestic Affairs Forums. Cadet Fearnside, daughter of Karen Ferris-Fearnside and Richard Fearnside, is a 2006 Niskayuna High School graduate.

Tedisco helped to honor Cadets who are in training to become officers of the United States Army at the West Point Academy. He thanked Fearnside for her dedication in protecting our country and our ideals of democracy and freedom.
