“By laying out an aggressive agenda to restructure state government and put Albany’s fiscal and ethical houses in order in his State of the State Address, Governor Cuomo has offered Western New York the promise of revitalization. I look forward to working with the governor to enact changes necessary to fix state government and improve Western New York’s economy to create private sector jobs and attract business to our region of the state.”
