“The governor’s proposal to create a state-of-the-art health care and educational facility by integrating and expanding the scope of our region’s universities and medical centers will create thousands of jobs for Western New York and put the region on the map as having one of the top medical research and care facilities in the nation. The plan’s emphasis on public and private partnerships also will help spur local economic growth and job creation by generating employment opportunities in numerous fields that include education, health care, and construction.”
