Ceretto: Niagara County Must Be A Priority For Next NYPA CEO
A statement from Assemblyman John Ceretto (R,I – Lewiston) on the resignation of NYPA CEO Richard Kessel

“With the announcement of Mr. Kessel’s impending resignation, NYPA begins a new chapter. It is my goal that this chapter is Niagara County’s chapter. Moving forward, NYPA should consider Niagara County a major stakeholder, recognizing the revenues generated here at the Niagara Power Project play an outsized role in powering New York State and beyond. I hope that interim CEO Gil Quiniones will take this time to lay the foundation for the future NYPA CEO and make the Niagara Power Project a top priority
