Department of Environmental Protection Response to Assemblyman Joseph R. Lentol Regarding Persistent Flooding Problems in Greenpoint

After learning about persistent flooding problems in Greenpoint, Assemblyman Joseph R. Lentol called a community meeting with the Department of Environmental Protection. Together, area residents and Assemblyman Lentol were able to communicate the dire need for a plan of action to address this horrific problem. Above, please find the DEP's proactive response to Assemblyman Lentol's demands. He wishes to thank them as well as the community residents who attended the meeting for their cooperation and assistance.
