Assemblyman Joseph Saladino’s 2007 Toy & Sports Equipment Holiday Drive
December 6, 2007
Assemblyman Joseph Saladino is collecting donations of unwrapped toys and sports equipment for underprivileged children and teens this holiday season. Caring residents can drop off the toys or sports equipment at Assemblyman Saladino’s district office, 200 Boundary Avenue in Massapequa, or call 516-844-0635.
These items are distributed to needy families, children and teens who will not go home for the holidays due to medical and psychiatric care. Assemblyman Saladino also works with the Marine Corps League Toys for Tots, which provides these items for Long Island’s neediest.
Families, organizations and school groups who donate to Assemblyman Saladino’s toy and sports equipment drive can arrange to have a thank you photo taken with the assemblyman and their group.
