Assemblyman Joseph S. Saladino recently attended the Nassau Region PTA’s 2012 Legislation Roundtable. Assemblyman Saladino discussed this year’s proposed budget and reminded parents and teachers of his unending support for increased state school aid to Nassau and Suffolk County schools and the need for comprehensive, unfunded mandate relief. Assemblyman Saladino, a member of the New York State Assembly Education Committee, has consistently fought for these issues, as they are the keys leading to increased quality of education for our children while also driving down property taxes.
