Assemblyman Joseph Saladino and Assemblyman Andrew Raia greet members of the Long Island Library Resources Council in the New York State Assembly Chamber.
Assemblyman Joseph Saladino and Assemblyman Andrew Raia met with members of the Long Island Library Resources Council to discuss funding for critical library services. The Long Island Library Resource Council is looking to expand the services it provides to communities to include technology education and further multimedia services.
“Long Island’s libraries provide important services to our communities that help our children and families learn and grow,” said Saladino. “We are happy to meet with them and hear their recommendations to improve libraries on Long Island and ensure that they have everything they need to bring educational resources to our communities.”
