Assemblyman Zebrowski: Governor Cuomo Signs Economic Recovery and Jobs Plan into Law
December 9, 2011
“Today Governor Cuomo signed into law legislation that will permanently eliminate payroll taxes for small businesses, the self-employed, and for schools – both public and private. This new law, coupled with a tax break for the middle class and an infrastructure plan that will create jobs while repairing our crumbling roads, buildings and bridges, is a great step forward to reinvigorate our economy, free up funds for our schools that can be used for educational pursuits, and bring good paying jobs to the people of not only Rockland County, but to the people of New York State.”
