Ban of Synthetic Marijuana is Good News for Rockland County
March 29, 2012
“The New York Health Department issued an order today prohibiting the sale and distribution of synthetic marijuana. This is an issue I have fought for in the Assembly for three years and today’s announcement is a victory for the people of Rockland County and New York State (A.7324). These drugs are extremely dangerous and do not have a place in our community. With a ban in place we can ensure that these harmful chemicals are off the streets and out of the hands of Rockland County’s children.”
