Assemblymember Cahill Statement on Meeting with County Executive Hein

Kingston, New York – Assemblymember Kevin Cahill (D – Ulster, Dutchess) released the following statement today after his meeting with Ulster County Executive Michael Hein:

“I am happy the County Executive agreed to begin negotiations on Ulster County’s 1% additional sales and compensating use tax. At this morning’s meeting three proposals were brought forward. All parties will take the time to examine each plan and will meet again to continue this discussion.”
