Assemblyman Kevin Smardz (R, I- Hamburg) introduces a smart solution to enact the Middle Class Personal Income Tax Cut beyond 2015. The amendment would have provided permanent relief to struggling middle-class families, encouraging these hardworking taxpayers to invest long term in New York State, and especially in Western New York. The bill was defeated by the Assembly Majority.
